Warning indicator WM87

Orientate – Signal – Warn. Our acoustic warning indicator WM87 now has an automatic volume adjustment and a microphone in addition to the previous product features.

Above all, the visually handicapped will benefit from the automatic volume adjustment of the WM87. A better audibility is achieved through the automatic adjustment and a warning- signal 5 dB in excess of ambient volume. Using the WM87 will not only upgrade comfort but also safety for all passengers.

Furthermore, the acoustic warning indicator has three digital inputs for seven various sounds. These can be customised upon request. The frequency range is 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The maximum sound pressure is 80 dB(A) depending on frequency.

The warning indicator WM87 can be operated with a voltage range of 16.8 VDC to 147 VDC. It is, therefore, adapted to 24 VDC as well as 110 VDC.

The warning indicator is particularly vandalism-proof and resistant to graffiti removers due to rustproof stainless steel housing. The WM87 meets the IP69k requirements. Therefore, it is especially adequate for external areas of rail vehicles.  The connectivity is effected by our waterproof round connectors.
